Das Lager Germany manufactures bearings in Türkiye at its Das Lager Germany Technology Production Center, located in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone. Established in 2013 and operational since 2015, the facility covers a total area of 19,000 square meters, with 11,000 square meters of covered space. In addition to its Eskişehir Technology Production Center, Das Lager Germany also manufactures bearings at its production facilities in countries such as Germany, Hungary, and Romania.
Located in Eskişehir, the Technology Production Center, equipped with a total of 48 grinding and super-finishing machines and 7 assembly and washing line machines, performs grinding, super-finishing, washing, and assembly processes for bearing rings.
In addition to deep groove ball bearings, spherical ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, and four-point contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, and spherical roller bearings are also manufactured at the Eskişehir production facility to P4 tolerance class precision.
The quality control laboratory, equipped with testing and measuring devices, allows for all necessary quality measurements and controls, including surface roughness, circularity, form, and noise measurement of bearings and their components. Das Lager Germany conducts 100% quality control checks on all its products at this center.
